Materials (note, the tape is .7 inches)
Cover the backside of the main template with glue.
Fold gently the long way so the corners meet, then crease the fold carefully.
Cut out the holder slots.
Add some tape and fold it over the top.
Fold tape around edge of the main template.
Fold in the flaps to meet the center line at it's respective edges. Crease the folds well.
Fold tape over the creased edges like this.
Cover the inner left flap with glue, then press down into place.
Unfold the right flap and arrange the slots with the skinny one at the bottom.
Put glue on the backside slot flaps and press into place, one at a time.
Fold the right flap back into place and fold the holder slots across.
Flip it over. Apply glue to the two small flaps and press them into place.
Then apply glue to the large flaps, fold them up and press them into place.
Don't make it too tight so you can fit a good amount of cards.
Flip it over and it should look like this.
Now you can apply reinforcement tape to the inside and outside cover.
Go all the way around with each piece of tape. Layer the tape until you reach the edge.
Tape the spine like this.
Flip it back around and apply tape across the lower slot. Tuck it so it doesn't close the opening. Then wrap it around across the spine.
Do the same thing on the upper slot.
Now you can reinforce the upper and lower edges of the slots.
Starting at the lower slot, go around the back cover and come over the top.
Layer it until you reach the edge.
Now you can fill up the holder window with blank cards. When you want to work out you can pop out your current day's card and flip it to enter work out mode. When the day is done, save your progress by slipping the used card into the pocket behind the holder window. Praise Be.
